Best Yoga for Heart Disease Prevention and Healthy Heart

Cardiovascular disease, obstruction in the arteries of the heart, shortness in the work capacity of the heart, enlargement of the heart, excessive heart rate, high blood pressure, problems of tachycardia, problems of heart blockage, the problem of arteries, the solution of all these heart problems is possible only by yoga.

Today modern medical science is capable of cardiac surgery. But heart surgery reduces its age and after heart surgery, human life grows only for 5-10 years. After this, after 4-5 years, the surgery or angioplasty problem comes again. If your surgery has been done then you can avoid having surgery or angioplasty again by doing yoga.

The age of a healthy heart is 400 years. If a person practices yoga his whole life, surely he can escape all kinds of diseases. Through Yoga and Pranayam, you can get rid of all the problems related to the heart and save your millions of rupees.

Today, 25-30% of deaths occur due to coronary heart disease (CHD) in industrialized countries and cities worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 25% of people cause heart problem due to smoking. So if you want to avoid heart diseases, you have to stop smoking and tobacco.

According to ICMR, 15.7 million people in rural areas and 14.8 million people in urban areas have been identified as cardiac patients. This means that around 30 million people in India are suffering from heart disease. About 10% of these 30 million people die each year.

Now I am sure if you love your life then you will definitely start yoga.

So do not practice complex yoga and asanas like Halasana, Sarvangasana etc in heart diseases, only simple and subtle yogic exercises should be done. You can treat any Cardiovascular disease by practicing pranayama. If the heart has more problems than increase the duration of pranayama. If the problem is low then do it for half an hour, even if there is no problem, then also you have to practice yoga to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Causes of Heart diseases

  • Eating high-fat food.
  • Smoking and tobacco.
  • Oily food.
  • Fast foods such as pizza, burgers, fried things, etc.
  • Less use of green vegetables.
  • On the other hand, the biggest cause of heart disease is stress.

Yoga for Heart diseases and problems

Do these exercises gradually, do not use excessive force. If you have more problems in your heart, then you should practice all these pranayama and asanas in the morning and evening and pay attention to your diet. I repeat this thing again, practice these pranayamas gradually and do not put any tension in your mind while practicing. Think of all the obstacles in my arteries are eliminating. It is known as self-treatment.

Bhastrika Pranayama

Practice this pranayama 2-5 min every day. For normal people, it is 2 minutes but you are suffering from heart problems, so you should practice it for at least 3-5 minutes.

Yoga after the Heart operation?

If you have recently undergone Cardiovascular surgery then practice yoga Pranayama only when you come in normal condition. After a week of angioplasty, you can gradually start the practice of Deep Breathing and after 2 months, you can start practicing all other Pranayama too.

Ayurvedic/home Treatment for Heart patients

  • 2-3 clove of garlic every day with empty stomach reduce cholesterol and triglyceride, it also helps to remove heart blockages.
  • If you want to get rid of Cardiovascular diseases quickly, then eat gourd vegetable and drink gourd juice twice a day.
  • Decoction of Arjun Ki Chal (arjun ki chal ka kadha).
  • Cardiovascular patients should definitely drink cow’s milk.
  • Moti Pishti – 5 gm, Akik Pishti – 10 gm, Sangeyasav Pishti – 10 gm.
