How To Do

  • First of all, put a mat on a clean and flat surface and lie down on the back.
  • Keep both legs together.
  • Keep both hands near the legs and keep the palms facing towards the ground.
  • Now close the eyes and leave the whole body loose.
  • Take a deep breath, push the ground by your both hands and lift the legs up towards the sky.
  • Raise the waist too along with the feet and support your waist with both hands.
  • Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and keep breathing speed normally.
  • By leaving the breath out, return to the normal position.

Halasana For Infertility

Halasana is just like Sarvangasana, which is an important posture for boosting fertility in women and men. While exercising this asana do not put the weight on your hands, put all the weight on the back and waist. By doing so all the pressure falls on the abdominal area.

How To Do

  • First of all, put a mat on a clean surface and lie down on the back.
  • Place the hands next to the thighs and keep the palms facing towards the ground.
  • Now lift both the legs together and make an angle of 90 degrees with your body.
  • Stay in this position for 2 to 3 minutes and keep breath speed normal.
  • After this, by leaving the breath slowly, bring back the feet downwards to the normal position.

Paschimottasana For Infertility

  • First of all, put a mat on a clean surface and lie down on the back.
